This family beach cottage was transformed from outdated contemporary to classic cottage with a modern twist. The exterior is wrapped with cedar shakes while the porches boast a more modern cable railing system. The interior has custom built cabinetry which was built by our in-house carpenters. The architectural cable rail staircase allows for unobstructed ocean views. Pictures just do not do enough to show the transformation from a house that was about to be reclaimed by nature to the stunning and functional beach house you see today.
